This list of flavours is a guide for customers but is not all that is available- if there is something you specifically want but it is not on the list then please ask- we are always happy to accommodate any taste buds.


 

Chocolate Mud

Designer Cakes most popular cake- moist, rich and commonly referred to as the “OMG” cake. This comes layered with dark chocolate Ganache for an everlasting impression.

 

Carrot

Rich, moist and packed with walnuts, almonds and raisins (or without these if you so wish) layered with light tangy lemon cream cheese frosting.

 

Citrus Cream

Lemon Madeira cake, zesty and tangy topped off by layers of homemade lemon curd and finished with light cream cheese frosting.

 

Caramel Nut

Caramel and Hazelnut sponge finished with sticky homemade caramel sauce and hazelnut buttercream.

 

White Chocolate & Raspberry

Delicate traditional tea sponge layered with luscious raspberry conserve (made by Designer Cakes) and sweetened by white chocolate ganache for a berries and cream experience.

 

Banana

Traditional moist Banana cake complimented
by a choice of either dark chocolate ganache or cream cheese
frosting.

 

Red Velvet

Made the traditional way- using beetroot – a tastier and more rich flavoured cake- finished with layers of fluffy cream cheese icing.
(Please note- this is nothing like the consistency of the mass produced packet mix found in shops and cafés- this is the real deal- it has no
artificial colours of flavours added!).

 

Very Berry Chocolate Ripple

Chocolate mud cake complimented by homemade tart conserve- layered with white chocolate buttercream and dark chocolate ganache. A great dessert cake.

Gluten Free Chocolate Mud

Made with ground almonds, chocolate eggs and sugar, for a moist fudgy but still light cake. This cake is a welcome addition to any Gluten allergy sufferers diet, finished with chocolate ganache.

 

Lollie Log

Made just as you used to in your childhood kitchen, packed full of fruit puffs and malt biscuits for something a little different (great for children attending weddings).

 

Fruit Cake

Rich, moist dark fruit cake- with or without rum or brandy, a great keeper for a traditional top tier cake for a wedding.

 

Vanilla Bean

Real vanilla bean pod infused into a light as air sponge finished with vanilla bean custard buttercream.

 

Mocha (coffee/chocolate)

Rich chocolate cake with espresso buttercream and ganache layers.

 

Chocolate Peppermint

Layers of chocolate mud cake with white chocolate peppermint filling, finished by dark chocolate ganache.

 

Spiced Fresh Ginger Syrup Cake

A fresh ginger and cinnamon light as air sponge style cake- filled with just the right amount of ginger and spice cream cheese buttercream. Mouthwatering!

 

Caramel Dream

Caramel white chocolate buttercream and dark chocolate ganache- swirls of traditional homemade sticky caramel layered on our OMG chocolate cake! Divine for that caramel lovers hit.
